Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can of chickpeas
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drain and rinse chickpeas on a towel and gently rub until dry.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the chickpeas to the baking sheet. Evenly coat the chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until desired crispiness. Use them to top on your favorite Zoup! soup.
