Ingredients

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the sunflower seeds in a small pan over medium heat. Toast, stirring frequently until seeds are lightly browned and begin to make a popping noise.
  • Turn off heat. Add the oil and spices. Toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle on top of your favorite Zoup! soups and enjoy!
