Mediterranean Salad Dressing

Zoup! Good, Really Good® broth isn't just for soup. Try using it to make your favorite salad dressing and keep things zesty!

Ingredients

  • Salad Dressing:
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 garlic clove pressed
  • S&P
  • Salad:
  • 5 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumbers
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • ¼ cup green olives
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • Chop your romaine lettuce and place in a bowl. Dice your tomatoes, cucumber, olive and onion. Arrange the ingredients on top of salad. Add the feta cheese and chickpeas.
  • For the dressing, whisk together the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once ready, drizzle your dressing over your salad and enjoy!

Immunity Boosting Broth

Looking for an immunity boost? Mix up a cup of Turmeric Zoup! Good, Really Good® Broth for a relaxing elixir.
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • S&P
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Heat chicken broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in ¼ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp rosemary and S&P. Simmer for 2 – 3 minutes. Then place in a blender and blend on medium with 1 tbsp of butter until well combined. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!

Garlic Green Beans

Try this easy Garlic Green Beans recipe using our Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¾ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • S&P

Instructions

  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil to skillet and heat on medium heat. Add green beans and cook for 4 minutes. Add in 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced and ¾ cup of Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth. Bring to simmer, cover and cook for 7 minutes or until green beans are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
