2jars of Zoup! Tomato Bisque
8ozof dry Rigatoni Pastaapproximately half a box
2cupsspinach
1cupmushroomssliced
1cupshredded mozzarella
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish.
In a large pot, heat Zoup! Tomato Bisque until it comes to a boil.
Add pasta and cook for 14 minutes stirring occasionally so the pasta does not stick to the pot and is cooked evenly.
Turn off the heat and mix in the spinach and mushrooms. Then pour the pasta mixture into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, serve and enjoy!
