Keeping it keto this Thanksgiving? This Keto Gravy using our Zoup! Good, Really Good Chicken Bone Broth is so easy and you won't miss any of the carbs.

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings
  • 2 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp xathan gum
  • Salt and pepper

  • Directions
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt butter. Slowly add pan drippings and broth, whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil and then add the Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add the xanthan gum and whisk to combine. Simmer another 5 – 10 minutes until it starts to thicken.
  • If gravy is too thick, thin with more broth. Serve warm.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Save this recipe for your next game day! This Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip gets an extra kick by preparing the chicken in our Zoup! Good, Really Good Spicy Chicken Broth.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Spicy Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¾ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, add the two chicken breasts and cover with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Spicy Chicken Bone Broth. Bring to a low boil and boil for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked throughout.
  • Remove chicken from broth and shred chicken on a plate. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut cream cheese into cubes and set aside.
  • In a medium pot, add the buffalo sauce, garlic powder and onion powder to the pan over medium heat. Add the ranch and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Reduce heat to low and add half of the cheddar cheese until melted. Add the shredded chicken and stir until well mixed.
  • Remove from heat. Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, carrots and celery sticks. Enjoy!

Potato Salad

A classic potato salad gets a punch of flavor with our Organic Veggie Broth. We used our broth twice it's so nice! First we boil our potatoes in broth and then we mix the cooked potatoes with additional broth in our mix.
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 pound gold potatoes
  • 1 jar of Zoup! Good Really Good® Organic Veggie Broth
  • ¾ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Organic Veggie Broth
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Instructions

  • Peel and dice potatoes into cubes. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with Zoup! Good, Really Good® Organic Veggie Broth. Make sure to reserve 2 tbsp of Zoup! Good, Really Good® Organic Veggie Broth for later in the recipe.
  • Boil the potatoes in broth for 20 minutes or until tender enough to pierce with a fork.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, in a large mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, Veggie Broth, salt and pepper.
  • Add the potatoes, celery, onion and stir gently. Stir in the chopped eggs.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with chopped onions as garnish and enjoy!

  • 3 small onions sliced
  • cup green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 12 cups day old bread cubed
  • 1 cup Gruyere
  • 1 cup Swiss
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Organic Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute onion and garlic until softened.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cheese, bread cubes, and cooked onions.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, broth, and heavy cream.

What makes this summer classic side dish the best you've ever tasted? It starts with the broth. Cook your macaroni salad noodles in Zoup! Good, Really Good broth to make the best mac salad ever.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 pieces of celery chopped
  • 1 cup of red onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 4 tbsp pickles chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Boil the elbow macaroni according to the package in your Zoup! Good Really Good Chicken Bone Broth. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  • While the elbow macaroni is boiling, prepare your hardboiled eggs. Once you peel the eggs, separate the egg yolk into a separate bowl.
  • Chop the egg whites and combine them in a bowl with the chopped celery, red onion, bell pepper, and pickles. Then add the cooked macaroni and stir until well combined.
  • Mash up the egg yolks with a fork. Then stir in the mayonnaise, pickle juice, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture until well combined. Serve immediately or let chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
