Ingredients
1tbspsesame oil
1tspminced garlic
1tspminced ginger
1jar of Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
1bag of frozen dumplings
2heads of bok choy
2green onionschopped
1tbspsesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, heart sesame oil and saute garlic and ginger for a few minutes.
Add the Zoup! Beef Bone Broth and bring to a simmer. Add the frozen dumplings and cook for 15 minutes or until hot throughout. Add bok choy until greens are soft.
Serve immediately and garnish with onions and sesame seeds.
