Dumpling Bok Choy Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 jar of Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 bag of frozen dumplings
  • 2 heads of bok choy
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, heart sesame oil and saute garlic and ginger for a few minutes.
  • Add the Zoup! Beef Bone Broth and bring to a simmer. Add the frozen dumplings and cook for 15 minutes or until hot throughout. Add bok choy until greens are soft.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with onions and sesame seeds.
