Dumpling Bok Choy Soup
This Dumpling Soup comes together with just a handful of simple ingredients: Zoup! Beef Bone Broth, frozen dumplings, bok choy, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar ✨

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 jar of Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
- 1 bag of frozen dumplings
- 2 heads of bok choy
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, heart sesame oil and saute garlic and ginger for a few minutes.
- Add the Zoup! Beef Bone Broth and bring to a simmer. Add the frozen dumplings and cook for 15 minutes or until hot throughout. Add bok choy until greens are soft.
- Serve immediately and garnish with onions and sesame seeds.
