Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Over medium heat, saute bacon in a large dutch oven. Once browned, remove and set aside.
Season beef with salt and pepper. Then sear the beef on all sides for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Saute the onion, celery, and carrots for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add tomato paste and stir until well coated. Sprinkle vegetables with flour and stir to coat evenly.
Pour in the Guiness stout, water and Zoup! Beef Bone Broth Culinary Concentrate. Return the beef and bacon to the pot. Add the baby potatoes and bay leaves.
Cover Dutch oven with lid and transfer to oven for 3 - 3/12 hours or until beef is very tender. Discard the bay leaves and stir in the frozen peas.
Serve alone or over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
