The pasta is cooked in broth made with our Culinary Concentrates, infusing it with rich flavor...and a bit of that flavorful broth is used to bring the sauce together for a delicious finish.

Ingredients
1lbpasta
1tbspZoup! Culinary Concentrate
1cupricotta cheese
1cupfinely grated Parmesan
1tbspfreshly grated lemon zest
ΒΌcuplemon juice
2cupsof arugula
Chili flakesfor serving
Salt & pepper to taste
Basilfor garnish
Instructions
Bring water and 1 tbsp Zoup! Culinary Concentrates to a boil. Add the pasta and cook per instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta broth for sauce and then drain the rest of the broth from pasta. Turn off heat.
Add the ricotta, parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the pan until well combined. Stir in Β½ cup of pasta broth until smooth.
Add the pasta and stir until noodles are well covered add more pasta broth to create a smoother sauce.
Stir in the arugula and serve immediately! Garnish your pasta with chili flakes and basil. Enjoy!
