Portabella Mushroom Pasta Bake

Our soups are delicious on their own, but they’re also kind of magic in recipes. ✨ Meet your new comfort food favorite: Portabella Mushroom Pasta Bake. Just toss pasta with Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque, spinach, and chicken, top with cheese, and bake until bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 jar Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • In a medium post, boil water and prepare pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breast until golden brown.
  • In a cassrole dish, add the cooked pasta. Add the jar of Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque and 1 cup of spinach. Gently stir to incorporate.
  • Top with the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
