Meet your new comfort food favorite: Portabella Mushroom Pasta Bake. Just toss pasta with Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque, spinach, and chicken, top with cheese, and bake until bubbly.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 jar Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque
- 1 cup of spinach
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- In a medium post, boil water and prepare pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breast until golden brown.
- In a cassrole dish, add the cooked pasta. Add the jar of Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque and 1 cup of spinach. Gently stir to incorporate.
- Top with the chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
