These rosemary and garlic white beans are an excellent summer side dish to enjoy on a salad, side or on top of bread.

Ingredients
1cupdry white beans
2cupswater
1tspbaking soda
4cupsZoup! Savory Broth
3clovesgarlicdiced
2sprigs rosemary
¼onioncut into wedges
½tspsalt
2tbspolive oil
1tbsplemon juice
Instructions
Soak the beans in water and baking soda overnight. The beans will double in size.
Add the beans, Zoup! Savory Broth, garlic, rosemary, and onion to a Crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours or until beans are tender. Depending on how soupy you like your beans, you may want to add more Zoup!® Savory Broth.
Once the beans are finished, serve in a bowl and garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and salt and pepper.
