Chicken Stir Fry
Our Culinary Concentrates elevate just about any recipe! Today we are cooking up a Chicken Stir Fry using our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ tsp Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
- ¼ cup hot water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 2 baby bok choy quartered
- 1 package Yakisoba Noodles
- 2 green onions minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot water, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic and corn starch. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan and then cook the broccoli, carrots and peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and bok choy.
- As soon as the veggies are tender, add the noodles into the pan. Pour the sauce over the stir fry. Mix together until well combined.
- Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
