Ingredients
- ½ cup Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
- ⅓ cup Orange Juice
- ½ cup Kefir
- 1 large carrot peeled
- 1 large orange
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 3 dates
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Peel your carrot and orange. Place carrots, orange, broth, and juice in a blender until thick juice is formed. Next add frozen mango, chia seeds, kefir, spices, ginger and vanilla. Blend again until smooth.
This recipe uses
