Ingredients
- 1 jar Zoup! Chicken Broth
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 cup asparagus chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup basil chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring Zoup! Chicken Broth to a boil and prepare the pasta according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the asparagus.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl. Toss to combine.
- Stir in the basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
