Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- ½ cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp red onion
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 cup Zoup! Chicken Broth
- ⅛ cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp mint
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Dash of chili powder
- Dash of Italian seasoning
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve chilled and garnish with tomato, cucumber and mint.
