Ingredients

  • 3 cups peaches peeled
  • 3 yellow tomatoes
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place peaches, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, onion and garlic in a food processor or blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Add lime juice, vinegar, Zoup! Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot sauce, salt & pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate, covered for 4 hours. Serve chilled and topped with chopped peaches, cucumber & tomatoes. Enjoy!
