Slowcooker Italian Subs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 24 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • In a large slow cooker, mix together the crushed tomatoes, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Bone Broth, tomato paste, bay leaves, red pepper flakes, & Italian seasoning.
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, parsley, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and milk together. Form into meatballs and place into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until fully cooked.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut your sub rolls and fill with meatballs. Place a slice of mozzarella on the top and bake until the cheese is melted – about five minutes.

One Pot Italian Sausage Bucatini

We love a one-pot pasta recipe to make clean-up a breeze. This Italian Sausage Bucatini with a tomato-wine sauce is packed with flavor from our Beef Base with Bone Broth.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 shallot thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Beef Base with Bone Broth
  • 1 ¾ cups fire roasted tomato
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 lb bucatini
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Shredded parmesan for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the pork sausage with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add another 1 tbsp of olive oil and saute the shallot and garlic until translucent. Add the chili powder and chili flakes and stir until well combined.
  • Deglaze the pan by adding the white wine and stir. Cook until slightly reduced and then add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Beef Base with Bone Broth. Stir until well combined.
  • Add the fire roasted tomato and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Add the bucatini and cook for 10 minutes covered, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the past is cooked to your liking, add the sausage back in.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with shredded parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Dressing Seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 7 slices of bacon chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked penne pasta

Instructions

  • First, we make the cream sauce for the casserole. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Gradually add the flour and whisk until it looks like wet sand. Remove from heat.
  • Add the water and Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate and whisk well. Then add the warm milk and seasonings. Whisk continuously and turn heat up to medium. Whisk until it gets thick.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the cream sauce, chicken, garlic, ranch dressing seasoning mix, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, half of the chopped bacon, and pasta. Gently mix until well combined.
  • Add the casserole ingredients to your casserole dish. Then top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake for 15 – 20 minutes and enjoy!

This Clam Chowder recipe is so easy to make using our Seafood Broth and is extra special in a bread bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • cup celery chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 32 oz chopped raw clams
  • 4 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • 5 red potatoes diced
  • 2 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 10 tbsp butter
  • cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, saute onion, celery and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent.
  • In a large soup pot, bring clams, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth and potatoes to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the onion, celery and garlic into the pot.
  • In the skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and turn heat to low. Stir until fully incorporated. Turn the heat off and stir in the cream until smooth.
  • Add the cream mixture into the soup pot and stir until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • To serve in a bread bowl, carve out the center of a round loaf. Then fill the bread bowl with chowder. Garnish with croutons and parsley and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¼ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Seafood Broth
  • cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare salmon fillets by patting the salmon dry with a paper towel. Then season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Once the pan is hot, add the salmon, skin side up. Leave the salmon for 6 minutes to cook. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Seafood Broth to the pan to deglaze the pan. Scrape any salmon from the pan. Add the butter and let it melt. Stir in the garlic and cook until you begin to smell the garlic.
  • Increase heat to medium and add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes begin to soften.
  • Stir in the heavy cream & parmesan. Reduce heat to low and stir in the arugula until it begins to wilt.
  • Return salmon back to pan and spoon over sauce. Simmer until the salmon is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef chuck roast cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • ½ onion diced
  • cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good Beef Bone Broth Culinary Concentrate
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups baby potatoes quartered
  • ¾ cup carrot chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Turn your pressure cooker on to the saute setting.
  • Add your olive oil and then brown your beef. Add the onion and garlic to the Instant pot and cook until the onion is translucent. Press the cancel button on your pressure cooker.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  • Close the pressure cooker. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Release pressure naturally.
  • Serve in bowls and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Savory No-Chicken Vegan Broth Concentrate

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Chop the sweet potatoes, bell pepper and onion and place on a baking sheet. Peel 4 cloves of garlic and add them to the sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the veggies. Then add the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Toss until well coated.
  • Place the veggies in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the veggies halfway through.
  • Once veggies are done, let them cool slightly. Then blend veggies in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan, boil 2 cups of water. Then add 2 tsp of Zoup! Good, Really Good® Savory No-Chicken Vegan Broth Concentrate and stir until well combined.
  • Add in the veggie puree and stir until it is well combined and comes to a slow boil.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb macaroni pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a crockpot and stir to combine. Make sure the macaroni is submerged in the liquid.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 1 hour. Remove the lid and stir ingredients. Depending on your slow cooker, your pasta may be ready or you may need to cook for another hour on low.

No canned soup needed for this Green Bean Casserole – just packed full of flavor with our Zoup! Good, Really Good Veggie Broth.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 2 lbs green beans
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ½ cup Zoup! Good Really Good® Veggie Broth
  • 1 ½ cups half and half
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 oz crispy fried onions
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare your green beans by trimming the ends and cutting into 2-inch pieces.
  • Boil a large pot of water. When it comes to a boil, add your green beans and cook for 4 minutes. Drain water and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute your mushrooms until tender and golden. Add garlic and cook until well combined.
  • Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and cook until well coated.
  • Add Zoup! Good, Really Good® Veggie Broth to deglaze your pan. Cook until liquid begins to thicken.
  • Add half and half, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix until well combined.
  • Slowly add in the green beans and stir until all green beans are well incorporated. Cook for 6 – 7 minutes or until the green beans are your desired softness.
  • Top with fried onions, cover and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 2 baby bok choy quartered
  • 1 package Yakisoba Noodles
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, hot water, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic and corn starch. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil to pan. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan and then cook the broccoli, carrots and peppers for approximately 2 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and bok choy.
  • As soon as the veggies are tender, add the noodles into the pan. Pour the sauce over the stir fry. Mix together until well combined.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 8 cups Zoup! Good Really Good® Chicken Broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup uncooked pasta small to medium size like shells, rotini, etc.
  • 3 cups chopped turkey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Directions
  • In a large Dutch oven or soup pot, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots, celery, onion and green beans. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Add the garlic and cook another minute. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Slowly stir in the Zoup! Good, Really Good® Chicken Broth ,rosemary, salt, herbs and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in your pasta and cook according to its packaging. Add the turkey and lemon juice.
  • Season with more salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
