Cheesy Baked Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup of bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a medium pot, heat the Zoup! Portabella Mushroom Bisque, mustard, and cheese until smooth. Add the broccoli and stir to coat. Place in a casserole dish.
  • In a bowl, melt the butter. Then stir in the bread crumbs. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
