Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
We love this super simple Chicken Tortilla Soup using our Zoup! Chicken Broth.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 12 oz bag of frozen corn (thawed
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 12 oz Zoup! Chicken Broth
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 bag leaf
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in Crock Pot and cook on high for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Place shredded chicken back into soup. Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, jalapeño and tortilla chips!
