Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 5 oz bacon chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 14 oz cans kidney beans drained
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ¾ cup tomato puree
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup Zoup! Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Head bacon over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes until onion and bacon are golden.
  • Add remaining ingredients, stir, bring to a simmer and cover.
  • Turn down to low and simmer for 1 hour, occasionally stirring.
  • Serve and enjoy!
