Ingredients
- 2 jars of Zoup! Tomato Bisque
- 8 oz of dry Rigatoni Pasta approximately half a box
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish.
- In a large pot, heat Zoup! Tomato Bisque until it comes to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook for 14 minutes stirring occasionally so the pasta does not stick to the pot and is cooked evenly.
- Turn off the heat and mix in the spinach and mushrooms. Then pour the pasta mixture into casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, serve and enjoy!
