Baked rigatoni pasta with melted cheese, spinach, and mushrooms in a tomato bisque sauce, served in a white casserole dish next to a jar of Zoup Tomato Bisque, fresh spinach, and sliced mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 jars of Zoup! Tomato Bisque
  • 8 oz of dry Rigatoni Pasta approximately half a box
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  • In a large pot, heat Zoup! Tomato Bisque until it comes to a boil.
  • Add pasta and cook for 14 minutes stirring occasionally so the pasta does not stick to the pot and is cooked evenly.
  • Turn off the heat and mix in the spinach and mushrooms. Then pour the pasta mixture into casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, serve and enjoy!
