Meatloaf with Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup of Zoup! Tomato Bisque
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the beef, ½ cup of Zoup! Tomato Bisque, egg, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the beef mixture into a loaf and place on a baking pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is done.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of the pan drippings with the remaining soup and water in a saucepan over medium heat until hot. Serve the gravy with the meatloaf and enjoy!
