Meatloaf with Tomato Bisque

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup of Zoup! Tomato Bisque
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix together the beef, ½ cup of Zoup! Tomato Bisque, egg, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the beef mixture into a loaf and place on a baking pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is done.
- Heat 2 tbsp of the pan drippings with the remaining soup and water in a saucepan over medium heat until hot. Serve the gravy with the meatloaf and enjoy!
